Refund Policy

This policy outlines the terms for cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling for sessions and services offered by Finding HerPeace.

By booking a session, you agree to this policy.

Clients may cancel a scheduled session with at least 48 hours’ notice for a full refund.

Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a 50% refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable.

No-Shows

If you fail to attend a scheduled session without notice, the session is considered forfeited and no refund will be issued.

Clients may reschedule a session one time at no charge if at least 24 hours’ notice is provided.

Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session may be treated as a late cancellation and may not be eligible for rescheduling.

Rescheduled sessions must be used within 30 days of the original booking date.

We understand that emergencies can happen. In the case of serious illness or unexpected circumstances, exceptions may be made at our discretion.

All sales of downloadable resources or digital products are final and non-refundable.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

We reserve the right to update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
